Chaylyn was born and raised in Colorado but now calls Houston home. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Xavier University of Louisiana and her J.D. from South Texas College of Law (STCL). In addition to her legal studies and various internships, Chaylyn also participated in multiple Mock Trial, Moot Court, and Alternative Dispute Resolution competitions while attending STCL. She graduated Cum Laude and went on to receive admission in the Texas Bar.
Chaylyn's litigation practice focuses on the representation of clients in various family law matters. In addition, Chaylyn is a certified mediator with special training in family disputes and collaborative law. What Chaylyn enjoys most about the practice of law is the ability to help others with their problems and provide solutions. Chaylyn is invested in her client’s successes and committed to helping them triumph.
When Chaylyn is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and cooking. She also enjoys building new business relationships and helping others achieve their goals. Chaylyn is a member of the Texas Bar College, American Inns of Court Burta Rhodes Raborn Chapter, Houston Bar Association Family Law Section, and Houston Family Law Group.
