Kara Egwuatu is a Houston native with roots in Jersey Village community. She specializes in family law and is an aggressive advocate in matters ranging from divorce, child custody, adoptions and more.
Kara received a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from Prairie View A&M University. While at Prairie View, she was crowned Miss Prairie View A&M University. Kara graduated from Prairie View A&M University in May, 2009 with Magna Cum Laude honors and attended law school at South Texas College of Law.
Additionally, Kara was awarded the Dickerson-Moore Humanitarian Award, which is an award presented to a student who has demonstrated exceptional contributions to human dignity through efforts to improve the welfare and human conditions of others both in and outside of the law school community.
Kara is a proud member of the Zeta Gamma Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated.
