Oiya Ali-Neely is a dedicated Family Law attorney serving clients throughout Harris, Montgomery, and Fort Bend counties. She has experience handling a wide range of matters, including divorce, child custody, and child support, with a strong commitment to advocacy and client care.
Ms. Ali-Neely earned her Juris Doctor from Thurgood Marshall School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude. During law school, she obtained her Mediation Certification and demonstrated her passion for Family Law as President of the Family and Juvenile Law Society, where she led initiatives to educate students and support the community through academic, social, and volunteer events.
Her leadership extended to her role as Lead Articles Editor for the Thurgood Marshall Law Review, where she refined her legal writing, editing, and research skills. Ms. Ali-Neely also gained valuable pre-litigation experience, drafting motions, conducting legal research on complex legal issues, and zealously representing clients in mediations and hearings. Throughout her academic career, Ms. Ali-Neely consistently excelled, earning Dean’s List honors every semester and being recognized as a Corporate Counsel Women of Color Scholar, a Houston Association of Women Attorneys Foundation Scholar, and an American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Scholar.
She is an active member of both the Houston Bar Association and the Houston Lawyers Association. With a strong foundation in legal knowledge, practical experience, and a genuine compassion for her clients, Oiya Ali-Neely is committed to providing exceptional legal representation and advocating for the best interests of families during challenging times.
